W. E. B.    "Where Everybody Belongs"

is a middle school transition program led by 8^th grade mentors who welcome 6^th grade students and make them feel comfortable throughout the first year of their middle school journey. Built on the belief that students can help students succeed, the program trains 8^th grade students to be WEB Leaders. As positive role models, WEB Leaders guide 6^th grade students to discover what it takes to be successful during the transition to middle school and help facilitate 6^th grade success.
